brilliantMail is completely compliant with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003, and strictly
enforces a policy against email abuse. We work with other ISPs to ensure compatibility
with their networks and spam filtering and do not tolerate misuse of the service.
Partner Plans
Coming soon to brilliantMail – a comprehensive two-tiered solution allowing
you to join with us as a Partner, acting as either a Reseller or a Representative.
Partner Plan 1: brilliantMail Representative
Under the Representative model, Partners only refer potential new Subscribers
to brilliantMail. When a new Subscriber signs up on the brilliantMail website,
by entering the Representative Code of the person who referred them, their account
will be permanently associated with that Representative. The Representative
will have no access to the Subscriber’s account or personal data, and
all billing and technical support will be between brilliantMail and the Subscriber
directly. Revenue from each referred Subscriber will be credited to the Representative
for the life of the subscription.
Based upon a combination of the number of accounts and/or revenue generated
by all referred accounts, a check will be sent quarterly to the Representative
as derived from our multi-tiered Representative Plan structure.

Partner Plan 2: brilliantMail Reseller
Under the Reseller model, Partners sign up new Subscriber accounts under their
master account. Having total administrative access and control to their resold
accounts, the Partner is solely responsible for billing and supporting all Subscribers
under their account. New Subscribers are not billed nor contacted directly by
brilliantMail, but instead the Reseller treats brilliantMail as their own product
and as such is billed by brilliantMail for all activity occurring in their master
account.
Based upon a combination of the number of accounts and/or revenue generated
by all resold accounts, the monthly cost of services to the Reseller from brilliantMail
will be reduced by a factor derived from our multi-tiered Reseller Plan structure.
