In short, brilliantMail is the easiest to use email newsletter tool available on the web today. How does it work?

It takes only a few moments from your first login, and you will be sending your premiere newsletter! brilliantMail works like this:

  • You begin by creating Subscriber Lists, and adding email addresses – (remember, only email addresses of your clients or existing customers may be used, otherwise you are spamming, which is illegal!)
  • Then, to create your first newsletter, you select one of our free HTML templates (or create your own, custom HTML template and upload it) to use as the ‘background’ to your newsletter’s content.
  • Next, assign a Subscriber List as the recipients of your newsletter.
  • Finally, using the integrated HTML editor, just about anyone can write HTML text, customizing the font’s colors and sizes. With standard text editing controls you would find in any word processing application, you can easily insert images, draw shapes, and even HTML tables!
  • Once your newsletter is complete, save it and preview exactly what your recipients will be seeing. You can send it immediately or schedule it for later delivery.

It’s that easy! You can store multiple newsletters in your queue, multiple Subscriber Lists, and multiple custom HTML templates.

Additional features include:

  • Graphic reporting of newsletter activity, including which recipients viewed your newsletter, which failed, and which were bounced.
